Our Fees

Because we are independent, we can give you a tailor-made service that’s right for you, which many of the larger companies can’t.

And unlike our corporate counterparts, our office is not on the high street, so our costs are not governed by expensive overheads. This means that we can pass on significant savings to you.

We also recognise that our clients may wish to specify a more bespoke fee structure and we are always open to discuss different fee options with them. So if you are looking to employ an agent to sell or rent your property please give us a call, we would love the opportunity to speak with you.  Our fees are 6% for a find Tenants Service and 12% for a full managed service inclusive of VAT and our Sale fee is 1.2% inclusive of VAT
