For maintenance please log any issues straight onto your “property file” and we will follow up with you at our earleiest opportunity.  Only in an emergency should you contact maintenance@independentlondon.net or call on 07946648447  for assistance.

If you don’t have access to your property file then please advise us and we can send you a fresh link over from our Software.   It is very useful software so please take advantage of this facilty and use it when necessary.

We will work with you on any issues that need to be remedied but please be polite and reasonable in all dealings with our staff members.

Please make sure that we manage your property before contacting us for maintenance issues.  You will find this information in your Tenancy Agreement and in your welcome email.
